Swivel Coupler

Our coupler & fittings like pressed fix coupler, pressed swivel coupler, forged coupler & grave lock coupler are manufactured by a modern rapid production system. The fittings have been tested and confirm to the BS-1139. The fitting are tested to resist corrosion having a comlete zinc coating with chromate passivation.

Pressed Fix Coupler : Pressed Fix Coupler connect two scaffold tubes at right angles. These are critical camponents in the scaffolds structure & must be load bearing to resist both slip & distortion . The design is based on a strong one piece body with flaps & eye bolts that can be removed for maintenance or replacement. Right angled couplers are available in 40X40 mm nominal bore (NB) pipes.
Pressed Swivel Coupler : Pressed Swivel Couplers connect two scaffold tubes at any angle to provide a ledger brace, façade or similar bracing. Swivel coupler are available in 40X40 mm , 40X50 mm, 50X50mm nominal bore bore (NB) pipes.
Sleeve Couplers : Sleeve Couplers join two scaffold tubes externally end to end. A steel divider located centrally ensures equal insertion of each tube. They can be employed where tension joints are required and therefore are particularly useful for long bracing.
Grave lock Coupler : There is often a requirement to fasten scaffold tubes to girders and other steel sections which demands a specialized fitting with a high degree of versatility. The Grave Lock Coupler is highly effective as it enables the fittings to be bolted . The Grave Lock Couplers must be used in pairs.
Forged Fix Coupler : Connects two scaffold tubes at right angles. These are important load bearing components, and the drop forged fittings provide the maximum strength. We provide a heavy duty and a medium duty version for maximum economy which complies with the standard.
Forged Swivel Coupler : The function of the swivel coupler is to connect two scaffold tubes at any angle for ledger, facade or similar bracing.These are important structural components and must be load bearing. We provide alternative models to compliment the double couplers.The Forged Couplers are the strongest fittings of its kind available.
Putlog Coupler : Putlog Couplers are for the support of scaffold boards. The one piece body has been carefully designed and press formed to provide the maximum resistance to movement and a long working life. It is not required to be a load bearing coupler.
